A5 documents

This is the A5 documents, a list of the original A5 proposals, which is still the only official base for the new API design.

The originals can be found here: http://alleg.sourceforge.net/future/info.html

But they are rotting there for years with no easy way to update. Therefore I plan to move the important ones over here, so they can be discussed and finalized.

So far, the only official place for them is still on SF though.
